Raised from the ashes of the former BankOne Tower in downtown Fort Worth, where a devastating tornado hit in 2000, The Vault is located in the same area where the actual bank vault was located – hence the name – The Vault.

Jean Michel Sakouhi's love of food and wine began at an early age in his native France where so much of life and culture revolves around the table.

With over 25 years of culinary experience, Jean Michel Sakouhi has made a leap to culinary stardom by bringing The Vault, with its dramatic and spectacular dining room, to Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond.

As a restaurateur with a vision, he created many of Dallas/Fort Worth's most recognized restaurants, including Tramontana, Paris Bistrot, Severine's Dallas, Severine's Southlake, The Balcony and, most recently, The Vault and The V Lounge in Fort Worth.

His progressive, yet straightforward and simple approach to restaurant concepts, has made him a nationally recognized entrepreneur in this field.
